EXPERIENCE
Vice President Industrial Division, CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma (2/00 – Present)
• Represent landlords and tenants in industrial sales and leasing of real estate properties.
• Corporate Service Lease Administrator and National Tenant Representative for Laufen International (over 15 branch offices and regional distribution centers across the US).
• Member of the investment, development, sales and leasing team representing Kansas City Life Insurance Company’s real estate investments in Oklahoma (speculative industrial developments and land totaling over $25 million).

Director of Industrial Redevelopment, Tulsa Industrial Authority (8/97 – 1/00)
• Designed and implemented an economic development program resulting in over 20 acres of under-utilized and environmentally contaminated industrial sites being redeveloped into new and productive uses with an economic impact of over $5 million.
• Developed partnerships that leveraged $223,000 in environmental assessments, federal grants, and in-kind donations and authored $350,000 in EPA Brownfields grants for Tulsa.
• Developed relationships with federal agencies, i.e., HUD, EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and local City departments, i.e., Public Works, Urban Development and Legal.

Assistant Director Workforce Development,
Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce (2/97 – 7/97)
• Successfully worked with twenty-two cities and recruited business leaders across the state in designing and implementing local workforce development programs (i.e., welfare-to-work, school-to-work and existing worker upgrade training programs).
• Organized and implemented the Oklahoma Workforce Development Compact resulting in support from the Governor and legislative leadership to create a permanent statewide board.
• Identified state workforce development needs, recommend and facilitated a strategic plan to accomplish goals and objectives, and developed performance benchmarks.
• Developed internal work plan, timeline, committee structure, and communications plan.

Project Manager, Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce (5/92 – 1/97)
• Implemented a geographic information system (GIS) resulting in demographic analysis for business site locations and Tulsa Public School attendance boundary profiles.
• Public presentations ranging from Chamber committees to the Mayor and City Council.
• Developed position papers for Chamber Board of Directors on issues ranging from infrastructure needs and health care to school reform and criminal justice.
